BIOGRAPHY
At the age 16 OLI started shooting & editing video (Video Reel), then at 18 worked with Long Beach and Orange County TV. Age 19 got into the film industry, and then at 21 joined the Local 600 Camera Guild. Being apart of the camera department at such a young age has allowed OLI to work alongside and study many of Hollywood’s top Producers, Directors, Director’s of Photography, and Actors. Working on over 100 collaborative Features, Episodic Television, Commercials, and Music Videos, such as Constantine, Red Eye, Spider Man, Dark Night, Drag Me to Hell, Ghost Whisperer, CSI NY, Entourage, The Cape, Elton John, Jonas Brothers and Eminem just to name a few.For years OLI would take all this knowledge and apply it to his own projects, working 60-hour weekdays at work and then 24-hour weekend’s shooting over 50 collaborative projects over 10 years. Now with all his experience he has gathered his friends to create Candy Wax Cutie. What started out as a creative outlet has evolved into media events encompassing live Photography, Hair, Make Up, and Fashion Show’s. 2010 was his first show for Alternative Entertainment at Capital City in Hollywood and then teamed up three times with Mad Girl Productions for “Sugar Art and Fashion Show” and have had the honor of being invited to do his own show Candy Wax Cutie at the Celebrity Vault in Beverly Hills.
